Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage AP & AR for holding company
  • Perform general accounting duties
  • LCCI diploma or ITE in Accounting
  • I year accounting experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately
  • PC literate
  • 5 Days a week

  

 Operations Executive

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for  smooth execution of training programmes and events
  • Responsible for providing administrative support
  • Accountable and responsible for the entire events and programmes from initiation to closing
  • Willing to work flexible hours whenever necessary including weekends.

 

Job Requirements:
 

  • All fresh graduate, diploma holder and ORD personnel with strong interest in event management and coordination are welcome
  • Retail background will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • A good team player
  • Able to perform well under stress of dealing with tight schedules
  • Candidate must have the ability to pay attention to details and analytical skills
