About the Schools Division

The Schools Division partners with schools ranging from Primary and Secondary Schools, to Junior Colleges and Polytechnics as well as International and Private Schools to deliver customized, dynamic and high-impact personal and professional development training and educational solutions.

Led by a core team of full-time, in-house Trainers, the Schools Division is committed to empowering schools in the areas of personal motivation, life skills, accelerated learning, team building, presentation skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), communication, outdoor education and customized projects in the areas of programme design, curriculum redevelopment, school climate assessment and training needs analysis.

Known for its transformational, refreshing and inspirational approach to training, the Schools Division reaches out to 37,000 students, 9000 parents and 2300 teachers a year! Working alongside our dynamic team of trainers is a passionate and dedicated team of people who run the schools division. It takes an enormous amount of creativity, effort and professionalism to deliver our programmes to our year-round clientele of schools. Recognizing this, we do our best to ensure that the best training experience is offered by closing the gaps through asking questions and planning ahead.

Our core support team comprises of Programme Consultants, Research and Content Developers, Resource Managers, Administrative Personnel, Operations and Multimedia Specialists.
