Chief Executive Officer. Patrick is a co-founder and oversees the entire group of businesses, across more than 5 countries. His primary role is leading the management team in developing the business to the next level.

Frederick Tan

Managing Director, AKLC. Frederick has over 7 years of experiences establishing and managing learning centres in Singapore, Indonesia and China.

Susan H

Managing Director, Indonesia. Susan leads her team in developing education in Indonesia through professional development training solutions for corporate, MNCs, government, and public programs for children and adults.

Andrew Ling

Head, Personal & Professional Development Division. Together with a talented, vibrant and innovative team, he spearheads the development and marketing of cutting edge programmes in areas of finance, wealth and personal & professional development.

JD Lee

Head, Youth Division. JD works with school leaders, educators, parents and youth-focused organizations to reach their personal and organizational goals. The Youth Division is also the champion for the advocacy of the 21st Century Youth.

Desmond Eng

Business Development Director. Desmond leads the organisation's rapid international expansion of its many educational programmes, products and brands through franchising, licensing and new partnership development.

Gary Lee

Head, Training Division. Gary leads a dedicated group of trainers of all youth programmes. In addition, he manages all curiculum development of school-based programmes.

Ramesh Muthusamy

Head, Corporate Training. Ramesh upholds and guards the high standards and ethos shared by the corporate training team. Besides developing and delivering programmes, Ramesh also selects, grooms and leads a team of corporate trainers and consultants to deliver sustainable results.

Jeremy Han

Director, Special Projects. Jeremy focuses on the strategic planning of the company, building capabilities and looking into collaborations and alliances. He works closely with the CEO and Chairman on projects that will enable the company to grow strategically in the 21st century landscape.
