Melvin Chew is acclaimed for his innovative style of delivery and use of humour and fun activities to bring about energetic and powerful training sessions. He trains in the I Am Gifted, So Are You!™ and  uperKids™ core programmes, as well as a various mix of Leadership, Social Etiquette, Critical thinking, Design Thinking, Team Bonding and many other training programs. A skilled curriculum developer, Melvin has taken great steps to revamp training content and propose new pedagogies which provide higher levels of customization for individual schools. His fresh approach and infusion of gamification theories move AKLTG’s training curriculum towards 21st century learning. With his strong ability to create positive impact, Melvin has been awarded several opportunities to represent the company overseas. Accumulating his presence in Suzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and other parts of China, Melvin was even awarded the Prestigious Excellence Awards in Education, back in Beijing, 2012. Being effectively bilingual makes him one of the company’s choice trainers for Mandarin-based programmes. He has also been a coach for the Patterns of Excellence™ personal success programme, helping to inspire and empower people from all age groups and walks of life. Melvin with his combined experience in the training field for the past 12 years never allow for stagnation, he constantly adds value and contributes to the AKLTG training faculty mentoring fellow trainers and imparting his insights.
