TIVYA D/O MOHAN

Tivya is a dynamic and a dedicated trainer who is committed to touching lives by imparting knowledge and empowering individuals to the best of their ability.  She is dedicated to inspiring and transforming lives since the age of 17. In her years of experience she has taught and trained individuals from primary to tertiary level.

With a strong leadership background, Tivya aims to equip learners with the right values and mindsets that will help them to succeed in life. She was the acting president of her student council and has also served as an Officer in the St John Ambulance Brigade. As the officer in charge of a Secondary school, she supported her school in obtaining the “Gold Corps Award” and guided and trained a team of selected individuals to clinch the first position in the annual zone competition in 2011, 2014 and 2015.

Tivya also has a proven record of being a confident speaker with exceptional interpersonal skills. As a member of her institute’s Debate team, she represented her Institute in various Competitions and also her school at the Pre-University Seminar in 2010. Where, she led her team of pre-university mates in their assigned presentation and question and answer segment.

Since joining Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group in 2016, Tivya has had the pleasure of educating and impacting more lives. She has trained the HPB transition programme for primary 6 students and is also one of the key trainers delivering career readiness workshops to secondary students for Lifelong Learning Institute.

Tivya has been inspired to invest in the lives of her learners and is passionate about dedicating her life to work with youths of today.  More often than not, people limit themselves to what they know and see. Tivya aims to bring her learners through a journey of self-reflection, and helping them gain self-awareness so that they can take action and stretch their potential to greater heights.
