SHERWIN TOH

TRAINER

Sherwin has a positive and bubbly character. She is an interactive and creative trainer who uses a dynamic and fun approach to teaching. Enthusiastic in engaging with children, she is an outstanding cast in many of our interactive dramatization.

Sherwin strongly believes in outdoor and hands-on learning. She is constantly thinking of new different ways to involve the children in their environment and the people around them as she understands the importance of holistic development.

Children are innate curious beings. Keeping this in mind, Sherwin encourages the children to explore freely and ask questions when in doubt by building a safe and comfortable environment comfortable for them.

Sherwin has gained multiple experiences in different aspects of training and engagement for different age groups, ranging from Preschool to Secondary school. Proactiveness, independence and being observant are some of her qualities, and being able to think and respond appropriately on ground allows her to conduct successful trainings for her targeted audience, bringing valuable experiences for them.

Sherwin believes that moral education and life skills should be taught to the children to prepare them for the society, focusing on building interpersonal skills as well as intrapersonal skills while empowering and motivating the older students to help them in their self-directed learning.
